Three Principles Based Coaching

“The wisdom you seek will always be found within.”

Sydney Banks

The three principles of Mind, Consciousness and Thought were first discovered by Sydney Banks in 1973.

These principles explain how the mind works and how humans create their own experience in life.

Once you understand the principles you’ll understand how you are creating your reality through your thoughts.

This isn’t about manifesting, positive thinking or behavioural techniques.

It’s about seeing that you are living in the feeling of your thinking.

That you alone are creating your internal experience and not the external world.

Not your job, your partner, your parents, your life circumstances.

Once you see this as an insight, then your world changes and you start to wake up to the reality of life.

The Principles are true for everyone, always, and with no exceptions.

Like gravity, it doesn’t matter if you believe it or not, it is always there.

In the same way, the principles behind life are always present and when you get a deeper understanding of them, your experience of life transforms.

The Principles have helped people all over the world to discover their own well-being and to move closer to achieving their full potential.

The Principles have had a profound impact on every aspect of life, including: education, business and leadership, addiction and PTSD recovery, athletic performance, community work, and marriage and family counselling.
