Where do you think your experience is coming from?

We often think that our experience is coming from our life circumstances, that our frustration is coming from our jobs, our partner, our children, other people’s behaviour.

Or that our past life events, trauma, mistakes and acts of shame are the reason we are the way we are.

It may seem this way.

But as human’s we only work one way.

Our experience of life comes to us via our thinking in the moment.

And we can understand how our experience works through the three principles.

This is true for everyone, every person alive or yet to be born can only experience life through the three principles of MindConsciousness and Thought.

The principle of Mind

There is an energy and intelligence behind life that has been observed throughout the ages.

It’s not in control, doesn’t intervene, has no morality or passes judgment on you it just simply ensures that the universe evolves, cuts heal, and life begets life.

It’s the wind that powers your thought created sailing ship.

The more we let go of control and let the wind take us the easier life becomes.

The principle of Consciousness

You’re aware.

I know you’re aware because you are reading this.

Your capacity to be aware means you can have experience and your level of awareness to your experience dictates your quality of your experience.

The principle of Thought

Thought brings it all to life.

I can’t have an experience of reality without the power of Thought and I can only experience reality through the power of Thought.

That’s it, thats the three principles.

They just simply explain how your experience is created.
