This is because thinking about where you came from, who you are and where you are going helps you chart a simpler and more rewarding path through life.

Introductory ACT life coaching session
This special introductory ACT life coaching session has been designed to help you map out a future for yourself. 

Before this 60 minute session, you’ll complete a self-reflective writing exercise that helps you imagine your ideal life three to five years from now.

Then with an in-depth life-coaching session, you’ll start to develop a plan to make that future a reality.

During the session, I’ll help you identify where you need to grow personally, spiritually and professionally to achieve your life vision.

By the end of the session, you'll gain a new perspective on your problems and challenges.

And most importantly you'll be able to plot a path to your new and improved you.

Once you pay for the session you’ll be sent the writing exercise along with clear instructions on how to complete it and a booking link to your schedule your session.
