I want you to remember a time when you were the person you wanted to be when you stood for something when you took brave courageous action despite every fibre of your body and every thought in your head telling you to run and hide.
Think hard - try to think of one example where you took action and stood up for what you believed in.
Maybe you asked someone out for dinner even as your mind was telling that you didn’t have a chance.
Maybe you applied for that big promotion and aced the interview despite never feeling ready to step up.
Maybe one morning you felt like staying in bed but still got up and went to work all the same?
I bet though even when you thought of an example your mind came up with three or four other examples where you didn’t take action and stayed stuck.
Where you gave into your thoughts, feelings and emotions and they got in the way of you living the kind of life that you wanted for yourself.

INTRODUCTORY ACT LIFE COACHING SESSION
This special introductory ACT life coaching session has been designed to help you map out a future for yourself.
Before this 60 minute session, you’ll complete a self-reflective writing exercise that helps you imagine your ideal life three to five years from now.
Then with an in-depth life-coaching session, you’ll start to develop a plan to make that future a reality.
During the session, I’ll help you identify where you need to grow personally, spiritually and professionally to achieve your life vision.
By the end of the session, you'll gain a new perspective on your problems and challenges.
And most importantly you'll be able to plot a path to your new and improved you.
