We all get lost in the illusion of thought sometimes.

In this video, I share an experience of getting lost in the feeling of my thinking.

Despite knowing that my experience is being created from the inside out that doesn't mean that I don't get lost in my thinking.

Although this experience is quite funny and trivial it showed me once again that the world isn't responsible for my emotions.

That I'm feeling my thinking in the moment. We all get lost in the illusion of thought it's a part of being human.

Life is messy and complex but you are naturally resilient and you'll always have the ability to cope with the circumstances in your life.
