You're not broken so stop trying to fix yourself.

A client recently thanked me because I am the first coach that hasn't tried to 'fix' them.

My reply was this is because you are not broken.

We confuse personal development and growth with fixing ourselves as if there is something wrong with us.

But you are perfect and whole right now.

Only from that place of self-acceptance is growth possible.
